BETHPAGE HOMES

A historic community dating back centuries to colonial times, Bethpage is a centrally located hamlet within the town of Oyster Bay. Its convenient location means ideal proximity to both the northern and southern shores of Long island - a half hours' drive in either direction. Bethpage boasts excellent schools, world class golfing and as the "Welcome" sign makes sure to note, NY State's best tasting drinking water.  It's an ideal spot for the first time home buyer or anyone looking to relocate.

BETHPAGE SCHOOLS

The Bethpage Union free school district encompasses parts of Old Bethpage, Plainview and Plainedge and is home to some of the best schools in the state. Bethpage High School, in particular, is consistently recognized as one of the best public schools in the entire country. Bethpage is also home to Briarcliffe College, a university that takes a personalied, one on one approach to education.  The college also has campuses in Patchogue and Queens.

BETHPAGE RECREATION

There is no shortage of things to do for the recreation-seeker in Bethpage.  The community offers five excellent golf courses, the most famous of which is the challenging Bethpage Black course - technically located in Old Bethpage - which was home to Tiger Woods' 2002 US Open win. While the golf enthusiast plays 18 holes, the rest can soak up Bethpage State park, at which there is no shortage of things to do. The sweeping grounds offer, among other activities, a swimming pool, numerous basketball and tennis courts and a state of the art ice skating rink.
